Cancellation Policy

Ha-Na Med Spa – No-Show & Cancellation Policy When you book an appointment with us, a licensed esthetician is scheduled specifically for your treatment. To provide the highest level of service and to respect the time of our professionals, we kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance. In accordance with industry standards and permissible under Hawai‘i state law, the following policy applies: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the service booked. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged the full amount. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you if proper notice is given. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide excellent service to all our clients.
